Chris Brown Has His Probation Revoked

Chris Brown's probation was reportedly scheduled to end on Jan. 23 and he's been furiously trying to complete his 1,000 hours of community service by then. Today, TMZ is reporting that Brown's probation, stemming from his 2009 felony assault case involving Rihanna, has been revoked partially because he was present in two nightclubs over the last six months where shots were fired. 

Back in September, cops were called in response to a bottle-throwing brawl during Brown's performance at a club in NYC's Meatpacking District. A month prior,  Brown hosted a party at a Los Angeles club where Suge Knight was s.... Last weekend, shots rang out during his performance at a San Jose nightclub where five were injured and rushed to local hospitals. Even though he told his fans on Instagram and management that he didn't want to perform at "hood parties" anymore, a judge wasn't impressed with his progress report. TMZ is reporting that when Brown showed up for a progress report earlier today, a judge told him the probation report presented multiple problems including the club incidents and that he traveled to San Jose without court permission. Although the judge noted that Brown was not directly involved, there will be a formal hearing on Mar. 20 when all the evidence will be presented.

Last year, he was sentenced to 131 days in jail for violating his probation stemming from the case and now he may face additional jail time.
